Most businesses use AI. Few have it working.
About three in four small businesses use AI, and only one in seven has built it into how the business runs (Goldman Sachs, 2026).
The tools are easy to buy. Choosing the right ones, keeping your data safe and getting a team to change how it works are the hard parts. That's the work we do.
Five ways to work with us.
-
Fractional AI Lead
A part-time head of AI for your business. We own the roadmap, the vendor choices, the oversight and the results, and report to you every month.
-
Team AI Adoption Program
Six to eight weeks to get your whole team using AI well, with a clear policy, role-based training and results you can measure.
-
Colorado AI Compliance Sprint
Get public chatbots and AI-driven decisions ready for Colorado's January 1, 2027 laws, working alongside your attorney.
-
AI Build Review
A fixed-fee, plain-English review of an AI project or the firm building it: what was delivered, what it costs to run and what to fix first.
-
Managed AI Ops
For retainer clients: AI automations built inside the tools you already use, then monitored and improved under a written support policy.
Two Colorado AI laws take effect January 1, 2027.
The Chatbot Safety Act covers AI chat tools the public can use. The ADMT Act covers AI that influences decisions about hiring, lending, housing, insurance, health care and education. If either describes your business, there's work to do before the new year. Details are on the Colorado Attorney General's AI page.
Vaulti is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We handle the operational and technical work alongside your attorney.
